Qbedding Soybean Fiber Comforter

Disclosure: I received product at no charge in exchange for my honest review.
This Soybean Fiber Comforter from Qbedding is fast becoming one of the favorites in my house. Did you even know that soybean fiber could be used for bedding? It is environmentally-friendly, absorbs moisture, and is extremely breathable. It's also lightweight, warm, and perfect for spring!
Soybean fiber is a new kind of environmentally-friendly protein fiber generated from plant. It is made with deoiled soybeans. With the latest biotechnology, protein is extracted from soybean to make soybean meal that can be reused in animal diet or as a kind of filtering source. The extracted protein is then mixed with nitrile, hydroxyl and other functional additives to make a protein solution suitable for spinning. This process transforms the structure of protein. The process of wet spinning produces soybean fiber. Thread made from soybean fiber has a touch similar to natural Australian wool. It possesses the soft luster of mulberry silk. Compared to cotton, soybean fiber is able to absorb excessive moisture in the environment. Its strong texture and great absorbency allows it to retain heat and provide warmth. Soybean fiber is also mold and mildew resistant, making it durable and easier to preserve.
The exterior of the Soybean Fiber Comforter is Tencel. Tencel is a new kind of natural manmade fiber. Made from wood pulp, the production process and the materials being used are nontoxic and not harmful to the environment. The texture of tencel is very smooth and soft. It is washable and wrinkle resistant. Using tencel as the cover material for the Soybean Fiber Comforters further supplements the temperature regulating ability, breathability and absorbency of the soybean fiber.
My Soybean Fiber Comforter arrived well-packaged and even came with a beautiful storage bag, making it easy to store when not in use. The comforter is getting plenty of use in my house, both as a cover on the bed and for chilly nights while watching television. It comes in twin, full, queen and king size, so you can get just the size you need.
