Masterpiece Meatloaf #Recipe - KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce

Disclosure: I received compensation from KC Masterpiece and DataRank in exchange for my honest review.
Few foods satisfy my hungry husband and two sons like a homemade meatloaf. I've always used a meatloaf with ketchup, but on a whim I decided to create a new meatloaf recipe using KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce. After all, if it makes our grilled steaks and chicken taste incredible, it could only make a meatloaf more satisfying. Since no BBQ grill is required for this recipe, you can even make it on a rainy day. KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce has a thick, rich, bold taste that is loaded with garlic, molasses, onions, and spices, so meal prep is simple because only a few basic ingredients are needed to create a mouthwatering meal that everyone will love. Enjoy!
Masterpiece Meatloaf

3/4 cup KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
1 sleeve of saltine crackers
2 eggs
3 tbsp KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce for topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour 1 sleeve saltine crackers into a zip-closure plastic bag, press air out and crush crackers using a rolling pin. In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce, 1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin, all the newly-crushed cracker crumbs, and 2 eggs. The easiest way to combine ingredients for a meatloaf is to use one hand to hold the bowl and the other hand to squish all the ingredients around with fingers; this infuses the flavors into the meat. Press the meat mixture into a bread loaf pan and oven bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread 3 tbsp of KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue across the top of the meatloaf, using a pastry brush to cover the entire meatloaf top. Return meatloaf to oven for 10 more minutes. Remove and let set for five minutes before slicing.

This was the best meatloaf I've ever made. It's very moist but firm. There were no leftovers!
I recommend using KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce with this recipe because the flavor really brings out the taste of the sirloin and eliminates the need for guessing which spices to add.
