Cornflake Chicken #Recipe

Cornflake Chicken Recipe

6-8 Chicken legs
2 cups Crushed cornflakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fill a large plastic zip-closure baggie with 2 cups of cornflakes. Using a rolling pin, crush cornflakes. Open bag and drop in a chicken leg, then close the bag and shake the bag until the chicken leg is covered with cornflake crumbs. Repeat for each chicken leg. Discard any leftover cornflake crumbs. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking oil and arrange chicken legs on cookie sheet. Bake, uncovered, in oven at 350 degrees F for one hour.

Delicious, juicy, crunchy, and a touch of sweetness!

  1. It stays on with no egg wash? Cool.

  2. Yummy, this sounds good. I might have to try this. I would add mayo to help it stick to the chicken and use chicken breasts instead of thighs.
