This week's recipe is:
Adobo Chicken
3 Chicken breasts
30oz can Cream of Chicken
1 cup milk
15oz can Italian-cut green beans
Caribbean Trading Company Puerto Rican Adobo Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a casserole dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine Cream of Chicken and milk. Add 1 tablespoon of Caribbean Trading Company Puerto Rican Adobo Seasoning to the mixture and stir well. Drain Italian-cut green beans and layer on bottom of casserole dish. Pour about half the Cream of Chicken mixture over the green beans. Coat all sides of each chicken breast with leftover Cream of Chicken mixture, then place chicken on top of green beans. Pour any remaining Cream of Chicken mixture in the casserole dish, then shake some more Adobo seasoning on top of the chicken breasts. Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake one hour at 350 degrees F. Serves 2-4. Delicious!
