Cauliflower Power Lunch #Recipe

*easy, quick, nutritious*

In a saucepan, combine cauliflower, diced green peppers, and diced ham.
(I used frozen cauliflower and frozen peppers)
Boil for five minutes, drain, place in bowl and top with shredded cheese.

Benefits of Cauliflower: 
Vitamins C and K, Antioxidants, Cancer Prevention, Anti-Inflammatory

Benefits of Green Peppers: 
Fiber, Vitamins C and E, Antioxidants, Eye Health

Benefits of Ham:
High Protein, Vitamins B6 and B12, Source of Iron

Benefits of Cheese:
High Calcium, High Protein, Cavity Prevention, Bone Strength
