Soak ten small red potatoes in water with a tablespoon of salt for fifteen minutes.
Air dry on paper towels, then cut each potato into quarters. Put in crockpot.
Cut raw chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place in crockpot.
Pour one large can of cream of chicken into the crockpot,
then fill the can with water and add it too.
Add one cup of diced onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic,
and one teaspoon of oregano.
Using a large spoon, carefully stir ingredients.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours, stirring once every two hours.
Serve; add salt and pepper if you wish.


  1. I love those simple slow cooker meals you can just throw in when you're in a hurry. Do you HAVE to stir it (like if I were out for the day)?

    1. Probably not, but I'm home all day, so I like to let the smell fill the kitchen a few times.
