WideNeck Diet Day 26 - Menu and Musings

Day 26 - 15 Pounds Lost!
I'm doing the Happy Dance!
(I post menus the day after. This morning, I've lost 16 pounds in 27 days!)

Breakfast - Once again, I got busy and didn't eat breakfast first thing. I had a Chia bar around 9a.m.

Lunch - Roast beef slices, Cheddar cheese slices. I got hungry a few hours later and had two more cheese slices.

Dinner - Shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados.

Drinks - coffee, water, one diet cola.

Exercise - 20 counter pushups, 50 count planking, 30 minute brisk walk.
