WideNeck Diet Day 21 - Menu and Musings

Three weeks on a diet and holding steady at 12 pounds lost. Good work!

Breakfast - Running late for church, grabbed a mozzarella cheese stick.

Lunch - Shredded chicken, melted cheese, black olives, side of tomatoes.

Dinner - Pan-grilled Pork Steak and Steamed Broccoli.

Drinks - coffee, water, diet soda

Exercise - Does grocery shopping count?
