WideNeck Diet Day 19 - Menu and Musings

Day 19 - 11 pounds lost.

Breakfast - Roast Beef slices and a Cheese stick.

Lunch - Grilled chicken and broccoli.

Dinner - Steak and mushrooms.

Drinks - Coffee, water, two diet colas, several shots of whiskey.

Exercise - nothing specific.
