WideNeck Diet Day 15 - Menu and Musings

Hooray! Lost one of the two pounds I gained at the food tour on Saturday. 
Today stands at 10 pounds lost in 15 days.

Breakfast - Two scrambled and four little beef sausages. Yummy!
Eggs and Beef Sausage
 Lunch - Chicken deli slices, baby swiss cheese wedges, golden tomatoes. Smile!
No Bread Sandwich
Dinner - Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage, plus onion and garlic. Absolutely scrumptious!!
Corned Beef and Cabbage
Drinks - Coffee, Water

Exercise - 30 minute brisk walk.
