Gosh, I have some catching up to do on my blog! I took yesterday off since it was my birthday, so day 12 is actually Friday's menu. Friday morning I was still holding at 10 pounds lost.
Breakfast - I forgot to take photos of my breakfast, so I took a quick shot of Johnny's breakfast. I actually ended up eating one scrambled egg with salsa, and one piece of bacon.

Lunch - My friend brought me birthday lunch on Friday. Chicken and veggie salad from a local restaurant, but I used my own calorie-free dressing.
