Working with a Personal Trainer

It's been almost 48 hours since my last workout with my personal trainer and I can almost move without pain now. Since I was sick last weekend I didn't meet with him. He was here working out with Johnny, but I slept the stomach flu off that day. Saturday, Will showed up promptly at 10a.m. He's always on time! Johnny and I had already stretched out so we got started right away. Johnny's fighting seasonal allergies right now so his energy level is down. I was still tired from working all week, so I felt rather sapped of energy too.
Will worked us through a challenging hour of exercises, keeping us motivated and laughing. As tough as it is, we know it's good for us and we're both so happy with the results we are seeing. I actually had more energy after I cooled down from the workout than before I started! I can definitely tell there are positive differences in my body since I started working out. On Sunday, I was excited to wear a pair of jeans that I hadn't fit into for a while!   3. I keep telling myself that I need to workout after having my daughter and that was 5 years ago...lol. Congrats on fitting into those jeans!
    Maybe 2012 is my year to really get back into working out!
