My Caring Cross Review and Giveaway

For about a week, I've been keeping My Caring Cross right next to my laptop in the daycare room, where I can see it constantly (since I'm there all the time). It's helped me refocus on Jesus when I normally wouldn't have been. It sits on a daily devotion book I'm reading first thing every morning. It's within reach, solid in my hand, smooth to my touch, and comes from the Holy Land, where my Jesus was born.
My Caring Cross came from a single piece of olive wood, pruned from the trees around Bethlehem. Issa is a Christian, living just outside the city of Bethlehem, and his life's work is to carve crosses and religious items to support his wife and kids. This is a direct opportunity to help a Christian artisan! I love the way My Caring Cross fits in the palm of my hand.

It's designed as a spiritual companion, a prayer or meditation aid, and a comforting reminder of Jesus' constant presence. It's appropriate for any person of any age. I can easily see how a scared child would get comfort from holding this late at night or in a storm. I found that holding it when I'm stressing helps calm me.
My Caring Cross is the perfect gift for absolutely everyone. After all, we need to make sure the whole world knows about Jesus, right? These can be ordered online, individually, in packs of 2 or 8, or even in bulk, for fundraising by youth and bible groups and churches (HINT, HINT, Pastor Steve)! Each caring cross comes in a soft velvet drawstring bag, perfect for gift-giving. There is even an option to choose a cream colored velvet bag with personalized card for wedding favors. Please visit the My Caring Cross website to order.
I was going to give this one away as a gift to one of my readers, but it has already impressed itself on my heart and I believe this was sent to me for deeper reasons than just a review. So My Caring Cross is letting me give away another one to one of you. Please enter using the Rafflecopter form below. Be sure to follow them on Facebook too! Contest ends at midnight EST on Monday Nov 28, 2011.

  1. I would send it to my mom. I think she's in a place in her life right now where this would be a blessing to her.
