Quit Eating Like a Pig Diet - Day 9

No weight change from yesterday.
Breakfast - Oat cereal, rice milk, coffee
Snack - Carrots and salsa
Lunch - Wheat tortillas with lettuce, pickles, tomato, black olives, red onion, and spicy brown mustard, coffee
Dinner - Spicy Italian Potato Bake (potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato sauce, green chilis, onion, diced tomatoes, basil)
Lots of water with lime
