Quit Eating Like a Pig Diet - Day 7

No weight change from yesterday

Breakfast: cheerios in rice milk, coffee
Lunch: brown rice, corn, coffee
Snack: raw veggies and couple of green olives
Dinner: wheat spaghetti noodles with homemade veggie spaghetti sauce, salad with vegan dressing, homemade mango cake, coffee
Lots of water with lime
1 glass of wine before bed
1/2 mile brisk walk
Mood and energy great



  1. I need to restart Weigh Watchers desperately but one thing I have learned from Weight Watchers int the past is that a bit of dairy, some fruit, minimum of 3 meals and a decent amt of protein go a long way in helping to lose weight and keep it off.

    This day's entry shows no weight loss but if I ate that way, I would probably gain weight. My body tends to hold onto weight if I dont eat enough.

    Just my 2 cents.
