Menu 9-11-11

Breakfast: Whole Grain Cereal with Strawberries in Rice Milk
Lunch: Whole Grain Tortilla with Veggie Shreds and Salsa, Watermelon, Coffee
Snack: Banana, Peach, a few whole wheat Melba snacks
Lots of Water
Dinner: 1 cup Whole Grain Rice and 1 cup mixed Veggies (cauliflower, carrots, corn, broccoli) mixed together with Salsa, Coffee
1/2 mile walk
