Quit Eating Like a Pig Diet - Day 11

No weight change from yesterday.
Menu today:
Breakfast - banana, coffee.
Lunch - fresh veggies in a wheat tortilla, water
Dinner - veggie chili, melba snacks, coffee
Lots of water
1/2 mile walk
Mood and energy great.

  3. I am getting ready to do some 'juicer' meals/foods to jump start gutting back into healthier .
    I need protien at breakfast though or I get miserable by lunch. I'll have to add protein bars, I guess.
