Multitasking Mom's Survival Guide - Chicken Soup for the Soul #Giveaway

Disclosure: I received this book at no charge in exchange for my honest review.
Multitasking Mom is, in my opinion, a redundant phrase. After all, every mom is automatically a multi-tasker, right? This great new book from the wonderful Chicken Soup for the Soul collection is called The Multitasking Mom's Survival Guide. It's filled with wonderful true stories that celebrate all the craziness of motherhood. There are over a hundred short stories in this book and it was so easy to identify with many of these moms' tales. Moms truly "do it all" and we do it from dawn to dusk every day of the year, much of it without any thanks. The Multitasking Moms Survival Guide is filled with great tips for moms that include:
  • Making "Me" Time
  • Feeding the Family
  • Sharing Good Advice
  • Feeling Guilty
  • Learning from Our Kids
  • Laughing After the Fact
  • Handling Housework Hassles
  • Slowing Down
  • Juggling a Career
These inspiring stories touched my heart, made me tear up a bit, and made me laugh out loud. A compilation of short stories is a wonderful way for busy moms to grab a few minutes of peaceful reading. I've carried the book around for about week, reading a few stories here and there when I've had time. It's a great book that helps moms glean new ideas for surviving those always-crazy multitasking years of parenting. If you are a mother, you're going to love this book!
