Irish Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
4 tablespoons Ballymaloe Gourmet Irish Ketchup with Stout
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Additional 4 tablespoons Ballymaloe Gourmet Irish Ketchup for topping

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients (except topping) together in a bowl. Press into a loaf baking pan. Heat at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Spread the additional ketchup across top of meatloaf and return to oven for 15 more minutes. Serves six.

Notes:
The Ballymaloe Gourmet Irish Ketchup gives the meatloaf a delicious variation on plain meatloaf.
Serve with roasted small red potatoes and cabbage for a complete Irish meal.
