2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup milk
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Parmesan Bread Crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour 1 large can of Cream of Mushroom Soup into 9"x9" baking dish. Add 1 cup milk and stir until blended. Add 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces and stir until chicken is well coated with soup/milk blend. Scatter 1 cup sliced mushrooms over the top of the chicken/mushroom blend, then sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan Bread Crumbs on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes. Serves 2.
Notes: Very easy to make and deliciously creamy. To feed 4, increase size of dish to 9"x12" and add 1 cut-up chicken breast per person.
