Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Pasta #Recipe
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup dry pasta noodles of choice
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Parmesan bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cooking oil in a 9"x13" casserole dish. Mix together 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk, 1 cup water. Pour in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup dry pasta noodles throughout the mushroom soup mix and make sure noodles are submerged. Place 2 chicken breasts on top, then flip them over so they are coated with the mushroom soup mix. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Parmesan bread crumbs on top of each chicken breast. Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 45 minutes. Remove chicken breasts to plates, then stir pasta before removing to plates.
Serves 2, but you can use up to 4 chicken breasts, just make sure to sprinkle each one with a tablespoon of Parmesan bread crumbs.
