Monterey Jack Biscuit Puffs #Recipe

Ingredients:
Block of Monterey Jack Cheese
1 can refrigerator biscuit dough
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven according to biscuit dough container instructions. Remove biscuit dough and flatten out each biscuit into a large circle. Cut Monterey Jack cheese into blocks and set one cheese block into each biscuit dough circle. Wrap the dough up and around the top of the cheese. Set cheese-filled biscuits in a 9"x9" baking pan and bake according to biscuit package instructions. When tops begin to brown, remove to a plate and sprinkle the tops with Parmesan Cheese.

Notes: Simple, fast recipe. Great for appetizers or alongside chili or soup.
