Shenzhen Knives - Ceramic Knife Set - Review

Disclosure: I received products at no charge in exchange for my honest review.
I've never used a ceramic knife before receiving this set of Shenzhen Knives. Shenzhen Knives are so much sharper than any other knife I've ever used and I think these look much more beautiful. My so-called "stainless" steel knives are all stained, rusted and ugly. This set of three includes a 6" Chef's knife, 5" Slicing knife and a 4" Paring knife.
Ceramic knives are perfect for slicing paper-thin slices of fruits and vegetables. Precision cutting is the job for Shenzhen Knives because of the properties of ceramic knives. The blade is made of an advanced ceramic called zirconium oxide. It's much harder than steel, and second in hardness only to a diamond. It isn't designed for cutting through bones, cheese or other hard foods, but is superior when it comes to slicing and dicing.
I now slice through my lemons for my lemon water with almost no effort and the cut is always clean and straight. Since ceramic is a non-reactive material, these knives will never rust or corrode. Shenzhen Knives will also stay sharper much longer than metal knives. Cleanup is simple...I just wipe them clean with a warm soapy cloth and dry them with a soft towel. I'm very impressed with them! Shenzhen Knives would be a great holiday gift that would be appreciated time and time again.
