Teach My Preschooler Learning Kit - Review

Disclosure: I received products at no charge in exchange for my honest review.
Statistics show that for every $1.00 spent on educating preschoolers, our country saves $7.00 later by not needing to spend it on counseling, juvenile detention, rehabilitation and even prison. With that in mind, early education is one of the best returns-on-investment that exists. The "Teach My" products offer parents all the tools necessary for fun and interactive education for babies, toddlers and preschoolers to prepare them for school and beyond.
I received the Teach My Preschooler Learning Kit for review. Since I have a strong background in early education, it was easy for me to see the benefits of these materials. The entire kit comes in its own storage box that clips closed to keep everything together. Inside the box there are four individual activity bags that also close securely.
The four activity bags each meet a different educational area for children, including Numbers to 100, Math (addition and subtraction), Printing and Reading. The Teach My Preschooler Kit also comes with a teaching guide full of ideas for using the materials with children. When it's time to "play school" with your child, everything you need is right there.

The Teach My Preschooler Learning Kit comes with 10 Reader books, 60 Flashcards, a Flashcard Reward Tin, a Flashcard Holder, a Magic Drawing Board, 78 Print Transparencies, a Printing Guide, 101 Train Flashcards, 3 Posters, 2 Flip-Books, Foam Numbers, Foam Counters and Foam Equation Signs.

None of the activities require a tv, a computer, a tablet, or a smartphone. It does require gentle parental guidance, personal time with the child, and a desire to bond with your child to help them learn. It is a wonderful foundation for teaching the most essential skills children require to be successful learners.

The Teach My Preschooler kit is designed for ages 3-5 years. There is also a Teach My Toddler Learning Kit and a Teach My Baby Learning Kit, both designed for age-appropriate educational opportunities between parent and child. Just 20 minutes a day can make a huge impact on a child's readiness for school.

The "Teach My" products are a wonderful line of quality learning materials and I recommend them! This entire kit costs just $39.99 but your child will benefit for years to come. These award-winning learning kits would make great gift ideas for the holiday. Consider purchasing kits for your children, your grandchildren, and especially to bless a child through a toy donation project.

  2. This kit looks awesome! I have a 4 year old that loves to learn. He has been reading since age 3,knows all his sight words since 2, knows numbers way over 100, adds, subtracts, prints-- just super super smart kid. I would love to win this (I just entered) because I think this would be great to add onto what we are already doing. I looked at the offerings of the kit and I can use it to make Colton stronger in areas he knows basics and there is plenty of new stuff to learn! Thank you for sharing this :-)

  3. I've been wanting to get one of these for my daughter. She's great with numbers but hasn't mastered her letters yet (she can sing the alphabet song but can only identify 10 or 11 letters by sight).

  4. I love the focus on math. My daughter can count but that doesn't mean she gets the numbers, so I'd love to really work with her and this crate looks like it provides such great tools.

  5. I love that it comes in a box to keep everything together! I also really like that it makes learning look like a game. I know it would suck my 3 year old right in :) She knows how to say her ABC's and count to 18 but now we are starting to work on recognizing them when they are written. I think this would be a fantastic help! Thank you for your great review.

  7. I love the idea of some guidance on teaching my son. He currently knows all of his uppercase letters, I'm moving on to lowercase and sight words, he's 2. I'm just not a teacher and could use some help with fun ways for him to learn.

  8. I totally love the little tablet to work with the letters. It would be very helpful while working with my four year old. She can make most of her letters but needs work yet.

  11. I absolutely love the diversity of materials this kit comes with. My little one seems to get bored of toys so fast. I feel like this kit could help with that. We could easily switch to different learning tools (and make it feel like a game). I'm really curious to see the baby kit.

  16. This sounds like a great kit. I would love to have one for my youngest daughter. She is 4 and super smart, but she doesn't go to preschool and will not go to kindergarten until she is almost 6, because her birthday is in October. I would love to give her a step up in schooling now. I also like that this is not technology based, because it seems like so much in their world is.

  22. I am a firm believer of starting the teaching process early. It is never too early to teach a child his colors, body parts, ABC's etc. It gives them a headstart when they do get to go to school
