This week's recipe is:
Banana Mango Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon. In another bowl, mix 1/3 cup melted butter with 2/3 cup brown sugar, then add 1 tsp vanilla and 2 eggs. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and fold until mixed well. Dice one large mango and smash four bananas, fold both into batter. Butter a large loaf pan and pour bread batter into loaf pan. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees F. Serve warm or room temperature. A great way to use fresh fruits!
