Oatmeal Raisin Bars #Recipe - Featuring Wholesome Sweeteners

Having some leftover batter from my Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Muffins that I made with Wholesome Sweeteners products, I decided to make Oatmeal Raisin Bars. I added 1/4 cup of butter and 1/4 cup of water to the leftover batter, then mixed it up with my (clean) hands and pressed it into a small cookie bar pan. I baked it at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes and let the pan cool 20 minutes on a wire rack. Then I sliced them into ten moist, delicious, soft Oatmeal Raisin Bars and my family says they are the best ever.

  1. Do you have the recipe for your oatmeal cookie to go by. They look delicious. My husband loves oatmeal raisin cookies. The bars are a quick way of making them. I actually have gotten to like them myself.
