I'm really enjoying the Stonefire Flatbreads! It's so easy to make a quick meal using their Naan. I created some Avocado Pepperoni Naan Wraps for dinner and they turned out so good, so I thought I'd share the recipe with you!
Place both pieces of Stonefire Naan in a baking pan.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a bowl.
With a pastry brush, lightly coat the Naan with lemon juice.
Add turkey pepperoni, avocado slices, and shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees F.
Move each to a plate with a spatula and fold each one in half.
Cut in half and serve with ranch dip!
Perfect recipe for two!
