Cheesy Garlic Tuna Casserole #Recipe

Cheesy Garlic Tuna Casserole
An Original Lisa Weidknecht Recipe
Today is National Garlic Day!
 What you'll need:
- 5 oz elbow noodles, cooked and drained
- 5 oz Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore, drained
- 10 oz cheddar cheese soup
- 10 oz warm water
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 20 saltine crackers
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, mix together cooked elbow noodles, cheese soup, warm water, and minced garlic.
 Lightly coat casserole dish with cooking spray and fill with noodle mixture.
 Put saltines in a zipper baggie and crush with rolling pin.
 Sprinkle crushed crackers over top of noodle mixture.
 Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
 Spoon into bowls and enjoy! Makes four servings.
An excellent recipe for families with children. Easily double the recipe for large families.

  1. I like this. I made it years ago but used cream of chicken soup instead of cheese soup. Bet it is good but sodium is quite high if you are watching your sodium.

  2. When I was first married we ate tuna casserole like once a week and then ate it as leftovers too. My husband won't even entertain it now.
