The biggest challenge dieters face is portion control and the EatSmart Scale has really come in handy for me in the past month as I've dieted. I've lost 16 pounds in the last month and having the EatSmart Scale in my kitchen has been a very handy and helpful tool.
It's a very sleek design and looks great on my countertop. It only measures 8"x6" so it barely takes up any room and I can easily slip it into a kitchen drawer if I want. On the bottom of the scale there are little rubber feet, so it doesn't slide around while I'm using it. I even used it a couple times to weigh my outgoing letters. The scale is very accurate and precise to 0.05 ounces/1 gram. It's a great kitchen scale and sells for a very affordable price!
Disclosure: I received this product at no charge in exchange for my honest review.

I learned this: coconut oil and milk—have the following benefits:
ReplyDelete• Improves your cardiovascular health.
• Supports thyroid balance.
• Supports immune health.
• Helps prevent and even reverse dementia.
• Boosts metabolism and helps eliminate excess fat, particularly around gut. (Farmers in the 1940s tried to fatten their cows by feeding them cheap coconut oil. The cows actually lost weight!)
• Is one of the best sources of medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs), which are easier for the body to break down and use for energy—like with carbohydrates, but without the insulin spike. Most other vegetable oils, however, are long-chain fatty acids and more difficult to use, easier to store as fat.
Thanks for the great giveaway!

ReplyDeleteThat the problem with orange juice that has gone with pasteurization is that it depletes the vitamins and enzymes in the juice, according to many studies (though others argue against this.) Many manufacturers add vitamin C back into their orange juice to help compensate. Do you see ascorbic acid on the label? That’s vitamin C.
