and we're giving away the
Precision Pro Multifunction Digital Kitchen Scale
w/ Extra Large LCD and 11 Lb. Capacity!
(ARV $44.95)
 Product Features:
This is an easy-to-use multifunction home scale.
It is perfect for cooks, dieters and families.
It weighs food up to a maximum weight of 11 pounds.
The large digital display shows in ounces, pounds, grams or kilograms.
The tare feature eliminates the weight of a plate or dish.
It has a three-minute automatic shutoff to help you maintain battery life.
Comes with a 100% EatSmart Guaranteed Satisfaction.
Comes with 2 AAA batteries.
Comes with the EatSmart Calorie Factors guide
to make portion control and calorie counting easy!
The biggest challenge dieters face is portion control and the EatSmart Scale has really come in handy for me in the past month as I've dieted. I've lost 16 pounds in the last month and having the EatSmart Scale in my kitchen has been a very handy and helpful tool.
It's a very sleek design and looks great on my countertop. It only measures 8"x6" so it barely takes up any room and I can easily slip it into a kitchen drawer if I want. On the bottom of the scale there are little rubber feet, so it doesn't slide around while I'm using it. I even used it a couple times to weigh my outgoing letters. The scale is very accurate and precise to 0.05 ounces/1 gram. It's a great kitchen scale and sells for a very affordable price!
Disclosure: I received this product at no charge in exchange for my honest review.
To enter to win, just fill in the
Rafflecopter form below.
Must be at least 18 years old and a USA resident.
Giveaway ends at midnight ET on 11/29/2012.
Good luck!

  1. I learned this: coconut oil and milk—have the following benefits:

    • Improves your cardiovascular health.
    • Supports thyroid balance.
    • Supports immune health.
    • Helps prevent and even reverse dementia.
    • Boosts metabolism and helps eliminate excess fat, particularly around gut. (Farmers in the 1940s tried to fatten their cows by feeding them cheap coconut oil. The cows actually lost weight!)
    • Is one of the best sources of medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs), which are easier for the body to break down and use for energy—like with carbohydrates, but without the insulin spike. Most other vegetable oils, however, are long-chain fatty acids and more difficult to use, easier to store as fat.

    Thanks for the great giveaway!

  21. I learned this :

The real culprit here isn’t natural saturated fat, Dr. Mercola tells the Huffington Post. “The fact is, all saturated fats are not created equal.” The operative word, he says, is “created.” Artificial fats made saturated through a process called hydrogenation are called trans fats.
