Review and Giveaway - BistroMD

I don't know about you, but I get pretty excited when I hear "dinner is served." Even better when a whole weeks' worth of food arrives on my doorstep! Bistro MD delivers delicious healthy foods, along with a weekly menu prepared just for you.
These meals are designed by a physician and prepared by chefs. They are created with your health and weight loss goals in mind. Everything is cooked fresh, and delivered frozen to you. All you have to do is heat and eat.
My menu included five days worth of breakfast, lunch and dinner. They offer a five day plan and a seven day plan, and you can even have them add snacks into your menu if you want! From the 15 meals I received, I loved 14 of them.
My favorite breakfasts were the Spinach Ricotta Crepes with Waldorf  Apples and the High Protein Bagel with Canadian Style Bacon and Egg White Patty. I also loved the Buckwheat Berry Pancakes. You can get a menu customized to your taste and they even take into account your allergies and religious preferences. There are even low sodium diet and diabetic diet plans.
The Turkey and Beef Chipotle Chili was a wonderful lunch entree. It came with an amazing corn pudding that had just a touch of maple syrup. The meals are very filling and I was not hungry between meals at all. The menus rotate weekly and are designed to give your body all the essentials.
You can count on the right amount of protein, healthy carbohydrates, and healthy fats. By taking care of the menu portions and the balance of the right foods, Bistro MD will help you achieve your weight loss goals in a delicious way. Follow them on Google+Facebook and Twitter, and check out the specials on their website.
