Peeled Snacks - Review and Giveaway

Finding the right foods when you're on the move all the time can be a real challenge. It's so much easier to grab a bag of potato chips out of a vending machine than to go slice up a healthy apple. Peeled Snacks has the answer! They have the most delicious, organic, dried fruit snacks in ready to go packages. These are perfect sized for kids' lunchboxes, the diaper bag, or your gym bag. These no-guilt snacks are awesome!

I decided to test out the snacks on my group of daycare kids because they are always totally honest about what they like and don't like. I personally loved all six flavors. The fruits taste fresh and sweet right out of the bag.

The much-ado-about-Mango was liked by about half the kids. I think most of them never even heard of a mango. Tropical fruits tend to appeal to adults more than children, unless of course you're lucky enough to be raised in the tropics!

Everyone loved the Banan-a-peel and the bag disappeared immediately. Which was really funny to me because none of them will eat a fresh banana if it looks remotely brown. Go figure!

The Cherry-go-round was the kids' favorite flavor of them all. The kids thought they looked more like raisins than cherries and they wanted to know why they weren't red.

The pine-4-Pineapple won the vote for best fruit packet by the pickiest little boy I keep. Interesting. He normally doesn't like sweet things, but I think this one had enough tang to it to keep it from being overly sweet.

The Apricot-a-lot was my personal favorite. A little more than half the kids liked this one. I think it's mostly because "it's not as cute as the raisin cherries," according to one of my three year olds.
