  1. If I won, I would start baking more allergy-free goodies for my kids! One has Celiac and the other suffers from 9 different (inherited) food allergies. Baking is hard because I have to hand mix EVERYTHING. Cookies are a very, very rare treat. I want Sundays to become my baking day and this would make that happen!

  14. Cake and homemade frosting for one of our loved ones birthdays or for any holiday or special occasion. I love decorating cakes and now my oldest daughter has taken over and she works so hard lots of hours to pay her own living expenses and to pay her own way completely thru college and she is very artistic and wants a mixer so she can decorate cakes like she use to but cant afford a mixer and I cant afford to get her one either and we'd be BEYOND elated to win this one and it would be a part of COUNTLESS specially baked and decorated (like sculptures of art!) cakes for loved ones over many years to come.

  36. The first thing I would prepare is probably one of the hardest things I could have to decide with the thoughts running through my head, but I would have to say my mint chocolate whipped icing. As I been trying to make this cake for 3 days solid now and have been very busy and I know my hands will ache after all the manual whipping!!
